1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to theperfectportfolio.com, learn.theperfectportfolio.com, and our courses and programs (the “Services”). By using or buying the Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy (theperfectportfolio.com/privacy) and Refund Policy (theperfectportfolio.com/refund-policy) also apply. 2. Who We Are
REMii Group Inc. (“The Perfect Portfolio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Services and has offices in Knoxville, TN and Austin, TX. We sell online financial-education products: a self-paced video course, a live 8-week course on Zoom, and a two-year Mastermind coaching program. Checkout and course delivery happen on Kajabi at learn.theperfectportfolio.com.
3. Education Only, No Advice
All Services, including coaching and live sessions, are for education only. Nothing we share is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any investment. Using the Services does not make us your financial adviser, broker, or fiduciary. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting. 4. No Guarantee of Results
Investing involves risk, including loss of money. We do not guarantee income, returns, or other results, and past performance does not guarantee future results. 5. Accounts and Course Access
Keep your account information accurate and your login private. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may update course content. 6. Payments and Payment Plans
Payment plans are available: Klarna for the self-paced video course, and 2 or 3 monthly payments for the live course and Mastermind. Klarna’s own terms apply to Klarna payments.
If you choose monthly payments, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each due date. Unless our Refund Policy says otherwise, you owe all remaining payments even if you stop participating. [DECIDE: confirm automatic charging and this rule, and how taxes and any plan fees apply.]
If a monthly payment is missed or fails, we may suspend your access until it is paid. [DECIDE: grace period, retries, late fees, restoring access, when missed payments end enrollment, and whether missed Klarna payments affect access.]
7. Refunds

8. Intellectual Property and Personal-Use License
We or our licensors own all content in the Services. The Perfect Portfolio and REMi the Robot are registered trademarks of REMii Group Inc. Buying a product gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use its content for your own non-commercial learning. You may not share your login; record, copy, or share any videos, sessions, or recordings; resell or redistribute our content; or use our trademarks without written permission.
9. Live Sessions and Community Conduct
We may reschedule live sessions. [DECIDE: session recordings, consent to use participants’ names and images, missed sessions, and canceled sessions or programs.]
In live sessions and any community spaces, be respectful and keep what members share confidential. Do not harass anyone, post spam, solicit members, give investment advice, or post anything unlawful. We may remove rule-breaking content or members. We are not responsible for other members’ conduct.
10. Third-Party Sites and Services
We link to books on Amazon and Barnes & Noble and use outside services, including Kajabi, Zoom, and Klarna. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their services. [DECIDE: whether book links are affiliate links needing disclosure.]
11. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Services “as is,” without warranties. We and our owners, employees, and agents are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
